Step 1

Step 2

Subtract one point from your current daily allowance for every 10 lbs. you have lost since starting Weight Watchers, rounding appropriately. For instance, if you started at 217 lbs. and currently weigh 194 lbs., you have lost 23 lbs. Round 23 to 20. Then, subtract two points from your current daily allowance.
Step 3

Reassess your physical activity level. If you are substantially more physically active now than you were when you started the program, you may be able to add more points to your daily allowance. Sedentary individuals receive zero points, individuals who stand most of the day receive two points, individuals who walk most of the day receive four points and individuals in physically demanding jobs receive six points.
Step 4

Eat foods appropriate for your new daily point allowance to continue losing weight.
