Weight Loss Diet Programs


What should a weight loss diet consist of? In a very basic and fundamental sense, you'd want a diet that is healthy that will have you consuming fewer calories than you burn off, thereby losing weight.
First: you should weigh yourself at the start.

The first day:
Breakfast :

  • Orange
  • 2 Eggs
  • Tea and coffee But without sugar or milk

lunch :

  • Roast beef fat-free or Poached chicken
  • salad
  • Apple

Dinner :

  • Yogurt 
  • Tomatoes, cucumber, eggs 
  • apple

Second day
lunch :

  • Roast beef fat-free
  • fruits

dinner :

  • Fat-free cheese
  • Tomatoes, cucumber

Third day
lunch :

  • Roast beef or grilled chicken
  • salad
  • Fruits

dinner :

  • Yogurt & Sliver

Fourth day:
lunch :

  • Poached fish or roast
  • salad

dinner :

  • 2 Eggs
  • Vegetables boiled or steamed cooked

Fifth day
lunch :

  • Roast beef
  • salad of fruits

dinner :

  • Fat-free cheese
  • Tomatoes, cucumber

Sixth Day
lunch  :

  • Vegetables boiled or steamed cooked
  • Poached chicken

dinner :

  • Boiled vegetables

Seventh day:
lunch :

  • Poached fish or roast
  • salad

dinner :

  • eggs poached
  • Boiled vegetables


   This program is repeated every week for a month . Be careful to follow the instructions carefully, otherwise there is no point of the diet.
