Eating well during pregnancy
Not easy to answer, because each case is different! But one thing is for sure, the best power during pregnancy is the same as that outside of pregnancy:
a balanced, varied diet and moderate
regular minimum sport
water regularly
Although it is not advisable to go on a diet during pregnancy, nothing prevents you to pay attention to your diet.
Do not eat twice, but both times better!
But to answer your questions about weight loss during pregnancy, it happens regularly mothers to achieve a lower weight after delivery than before pregnancy.
If my first pregnancy, I finally took six pounds heavier than before, for my second pregnancy, I weighed 3 pounds less than before. The difference, I made sure to eat balanced and above all, I kept my pace a pool session per week until the day of my birth!
