exercise that works your whole body and is gentle on your muscles and
joints. Walking is an ideal way to begin exercising, especially if you
were not exercising before you were pregnant. It is also typically safe
to run during your pregnancy, especially if you regularly ran before
becoming pregnant. You may need to make some adjustments to your routine
and check with your doctor to address any potential complications.
